Great Pan for Healthful Eggs!

"Yes, I was the guy using high heat with a teflon pan for my morning eggs. Sore joints, muscle pain, and irregular heart rhythms convinced me to ditch the teflon. I chose the Hestan NanoBond pan for the titanium finish and the curved edge for egg flipping. Using butter, over medium/ medium-high heat, eggs will stick in spots, release gently with spatula. Eggs will then slide, flip, and have a delicious crispy finish. I heartily recommend this fine pan."

A massive upgrade to my cookware

"This set is beautiful and exquisite. I'm an enthusiastic home cook, and I want to encourage all those like me to take this step of ridding yourself of the crutch of nonstick cookware and learn to use stainless steel. Be patient and watch all the helpful Hestan videos. I have found that being forced to pay closer attention to temperature control has made me a better cook! I have so much more confidence! "Still new so it is tough to know how it's gonna hold up. My husband is a chef and I have a nickel allergy. Was looking for something that would satisfy both. (It is too soon to say if I react with my nickel allergy) but so far the chef is happy how it cooks, weight, appearance is great, cleans extremely easily."

Great Skillet

"Great skillet, very classic style! I use it to cook my morning eggs for breakfast. I preheat the pan very well and heat the oil with low-heat well so the egg doesn’t stick, which makes it easy to clean. When I use high heat, it does spark a little, but I can clean it with the Hestan professional grade stainless steel cleaner to get a brand new look. Overall, it is a very good pan, I’m happy to use it."

I'm looking to buy a 22cm Nanobond pan, but they haven't been in stock in for months now. Do you know when they'll be in stock?

Ciao hestan! I’ve been looking into your pots and pans, and had a tough time to decide which to go for. However I have decided for the nanobond titanium, but it’s sold out and have been for now two weeks I think. Do you have any idea about when they would be back? In the meantime i looked into your other pans again, and I’m not convinced about the copperbond, I think visually they look great but for me it seems like they don’t have quite the same qualities as the nanobond titanium… am I right to assume that or what could you tell me about the copperbond that might make me decide for that and spend the extra money it? The biggest burner ring on my electric ceramic hob is only 19.5cm. I see the base of the 28cm pan is 22cm. Would I risk potentially damaging the pan if I were to use it on a hob ring a couple of centimetres too small?
