What is Hestan Chef's Table Loyalty Membership?
Imagine taking a seat at the most coveted seat in the house—the chef’s table. Past the velvet rope, and up close and personal with the theatre and show-stopping precision of a Michelin-starred restaurant kitchen. Here, the experience is intimate, and unexpected. Guests at the chef’s table might enjoy a taste of seasonal amuse-bouche served directly from the chef, with a fireside whisper of what’s to come before the rest of the world even knows it exists.
That’s the magic of Hestan Chef’s Table Membership—your VIP, front row pass, and first access to limited-edition product releases curated by the world’s leading Michelin star-awarded chefs and tastemakers.

How do I access my benefits once I've signed up?
1. Once you process your Hestan Chef’s Table subscription payment of $99 per year, you’ll be emailed instructions on how to log into your account.
2. Once setting up your Hestan Account, you will be able to log in at hestanculinary.com, using the account icon in the homepage or within the main menu.
3. Navigate to Rewards within the member portal to view your account details, track any Hestan Culinary Cash you’ve earned, and redeem your Culinary Cash as a promo code to spend on your next purchase at HestanCulinary.com. When redeeming your Culinary Cash, you will be provided a unique, one-time code to enter at the checkout.
Member benefits including early access to product releases, cash back shopping events, and other seasonal promotions will be communicated via email and/ or SMS.
How do I earn Hestan Culinary Cash?
Earning Hestan Culinary Cash back is simple! The more you spend, the more you earn toward your next purchase.
Hestan Rewards members earn back 2% of the value of their order, which is credited back onto their member account.
Hestan Chef’s Table members earn back 5% of the value of their order, which is credited back onto their member account.
These credits can be accumulated, and used toward a next purchase once you’re ready to redeem.
Select products do not earn cash back including gift cards and Hestan NanoBond Cleaner. Rewards cannot be used to purchase a membership and cannot be combined with any promo or discount codes.
You can view your total Hestan Culinary Cash wallet, and track the rewards you’ve earned for each past transaction in your member portal. For assistance, please email us at support@hestanculinary.com.
How do I redeem Hestan Culinary Cash on my order?
When you’re ready to redeem, visit your loyalty login portal and select Get Discount Code. Your unique promo code will be generated and can be instantly entered at the checkout to the "Discount code or gift card" section. You’ll see the discount reflected instantly!
Culinary cash cannot be redeemed with any other promo or discount code. Or used towards the purchase of a Hestan Chef's Table membership.
Will my membership automatically renew?
Yes, our paid Hestan Chef's Table membership will auto renew 12 month from the original purchase date.
Please note that from Hestan Chef's Table members, any Hestan Culinary Cash will expire if not redeemed within the 12 month period.
We’ll remind you via email and/or SMS 15 days before the end of your subscription that your membership will auto renew. You're welcome to cancel or continue earning.

Can I cancel my Hestan membership?
Yes, you may cancel your Hestan Chef's Table subscription or Hestan Rewards membership at any time.
Please note: Our $99 Hestan Chef's Table membership is not refundable. If you decide to terminate your membership, any Hestan Culinary Cash balance will be forfeited. Read our Loyalty Terms for more information.

Does my Hestan Culinary Cash expire?
Yes, Hestan Culinary Cash will expire, so please be sure to redeem toward your next purchase.
Hestan Chef's Table ($99/yr):
Hestan Culinary Cash remains active for the 12 month period.
If you renew your subscription, the balance of your Hestan Culinary Cash will roll over to roll over and you will have another year to redeem.
Please note: Unused Culinary Cash will expire if you decide to cancel your subscription and will be forfeited. Please read Loyalty Terms for more information.
Hestan Rewards (Free):
Hestan Culinary Cash earned with our free Hestan Rewards program will expire after 180 days.
I'm a hospitality client, do I earn Hestan Culinary Cash with my order?
No, chef. We appreciate the business from our industry pros, but Hestan Culinary Cash is exclusively for retail consumers.
However, our hospitality clients have access to bespoke pricing and benefits designed just for them.
