"I am getting the hang of using stainless steel instead of non-stick pans for all of my cooking. I love this pan. It is sturdy and can handle high heat. I can cook 3 pounds of ground beef or sausage at a time which helps with my batch cooking. I will be looking to add a skillet soon! It has been easy to clean though is staining a bit.
