Unlike Hestan’s clad cookware, TITUM Fusion is a lightweight aluminum-bodied pan engineered with a double-impact stainless steel base. This design delivers faster, more responsive heating, excellent warp-resistance, and full induction compatibility—offering the convenience of TITUM nonstick with enhanced durability and performance.

TITUM® Fusion uses a patented Double Impact Base — the only one of its kind — to keep pans perfectly flat for better searing, even heat, and consistent browning. The nonstick surface is Hestan's reknowed TITUM finish that is reinforced with diamond and titanium particles, making it 22× more durable than typical coatings. This same finish is available on ProBond and Thomas Keller Insignia collections.

It’s Hestan’s patented two-layer stainless-steel base bonded to an aluminum body. It prevents warping, keeps the pan perfectly flat, and ensures oil stays centered for better browning and flavor. The Hestan base also has no exposed aluminum (like other bases can) making it truly dishwasher safe. No other nonstick cookware has this technology.
