        FAQs

CopperBond’s 5-layer construction includes a 1mm core of pure copper for quick heating, exceptional temperature control and even heat distribution.

Copper by nature has a tendency to change color or tarnish with use. Some people prefer this patina look but if you would like it to look shiny and new again, the luster can be brought back easily with copper polish. We recommend Wright’s Copper polish to restore the brilliance and remove discoloration.

"The heat distribution is perfect on our gas stove. Whether a sauté or a sear this pan weathers both. Add the herbs and vegetables and make the sauce in the same pan. Great pan for amatriciana start to finish."

        Super Easy to Use

"I have learned how to manage heat for better cooking from the Hestan site videos. This has improved my cooking skills and food. The skillet heats up evenly, holds heat, leading to better tasting omelets."

        Sarita B. (5/5)

I just had to have it.

"I’ve developed arthritis in my hands and can no longer handle my Le Creuset with long handles. I am giving my long handled pans away to family and replacing them with cookware that has two loop-type handles, instead. Frankly, I came across this pan and just thought it was stunning and, since it was made in Italy, I thought I would give it a try. I look forward to using it, but I may just put it on a bookshelf and admire its beauty for a while."

        Mary P. (5/5)

        Excellent but expensive

"The product is excellent but I am not yet sure it is worth the money. At the end of the day it is just a pan. Quality excellent, heating excellent, design excellent. Price strong. Will I buy another - probably"

        Ben D. (4/5)

Great pot would like A Glass lid

"The set is beautiful! I love just to leave it out on the stove. The surface on everything is so reflective that you can use like a mirror! I want to maybe get some of the Nano ones when I can save up for more. This is a great present to yourself or someone else and just makes cooking more enjoyable. My only quibble is I really wish the lid top was glass and maybe a copper accent on top for a know I like to see how something is simmering without lifting the lid. If there was an option I would buy it here as is there is a glass one that would fit at Smithy where I get cast iron items."

        Brittany C. (5/5)

The best cookware I have ever had.

"I absolutely love this cookware. Everything about it is 5 star."

        millie B. (5/5)

        Pleased with my Investment

"The pan is substantial in hand; it lays on an excellent sear with worthwhile Fond. I purchased the Hestan cleaning agent, which I’m satisfied with its after cook refurbishment. With a proper preheat and fat technique, everything from eggs to meat glides freely edge to edge. An added bonus is my Hestan collection is heirloom quality."
