New 12 inch Titum nonstick skillet

"Having purchased a set of titanium nanobond cookware a number of years ago I’ve been a fan but nevertheless purchased some GreenPan ceramic nonstick cookware to have a nonstick option. In spite of reviews they have lost a significant portion of their non stick capacity in a fairly short time. I then realized Heston made Titum nonstick and purchased the smallest skillet for a test run and was impressed. I then purchased the 12 inch but subsequently realized I didn’t have a lid that would fit in spite of already owning Hestan cookware and I purchased the 12 inch lid as well. We’ve owned the skillet for a couple months and it is frequently our favorite go to skillet and have enjoyed it immensely. Unfortunately cannot actually vouch for the durability of the nonstick finish at this early date but it seems pretty bullet proof so far. We have been carefully avoiding higher temperatures but it’s looking very promising. I would recommend this with no reservations so far."
