    Does not work on Induction

    "The Double Burner Griddle is beautiful and spacious. I ordered it for a friend who has an Induction Cook Top and it didn't work with his cook top because the bottom isn't flat and the steel doesn't make solid contact to work with induction.     Hi Bethany, The colander is made in our own factory in China. We use the same high grade stainless steel that make up our Nanobond, Probond, Copperbond and Insignia lines that are produced at our Italian factories So you know, the Provisions line was created to designate Hestan pieces that are made in Asia.
