Ground beef tossed with Worcestershire sauce, Dijon, and hot horseradish. The patties were schmeared with yellow mustard before being seared in beef tallow.
Toasted bun, spicy sauce, lettuce, melted provolone, red onions, and a big spoonful of chimichurri. So damn good!

1 shallot, finely chopped
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
