Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Lay each strip of bacon evenly spaced out on a baking tray with a wire rack. Try to fit as many strips as you can as they will shrink while cooking.
Cook for about 15-20 minutes, depending on thickness of bacon, until the edges start to curl and they are beginning to brown and crisp.
Remove from oven and serve warm.
