Brussels Sprouts with Parmesan Crisp

Preheat oven to 400°F.
On the OvenBond Half Sheet Pan, coat Brussels sprouts in olive oil, salt and pepper.
Spread Brussels cut side down on pan and cook for 10-minutes.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and roast until sprouts are tender and lightly browned, 10-15 more minutes. Serve warm and enjoy.
