Sustainable from Start to Finish
Hestan is committed to doing what’s right for the environment and we look to be a leader in innovation and sustainability. From our manufacturing processes to our packaging made from 100% recycled materials, here's how we’re committed to a more sustainable future.
High Quality Materials
Just like anything in the kitchen, to create exceptional cookware, you must begin with exceptional ingredients. That begins with our high-quality materials like molecular titanium, 18/10 stainless steel and pure copper. We believe that only the best materials for optimal form and function are key in delivering the best cookware that money can buy. You can rest assured that we are sourcing only the finest materials to create our award-winning cookware.
Recyclable Packaging
All Hestan cookware packaging is made using recycled paper and is beautiful enough to be put on display. The plant-based packing peanuts used to pack all of Hestan cookware are biodegradable and dissolve in water. Learn more about our sustainable packaging.
Built to Last
Since our cookware is made from only the best materials, and engineered to withstand the rigors of professional kitchens, it will withstand a lifetime in yours. So no more disposing of low quality cookware every few months.
Our flagship NanoBond collection bonds molecular titanium to stainless steel, making the cookware 400% stronger than typical stainless steel cookware. Its super-dense cooking surface has held up to over 100 uses a day in Michelin-starred kitchens, which equates to 40 years of residential use while still maintaining its titanium brilliance. NanoBond is sustainable; not disposable.
360 Control of Manufacturing
Since we own and oversee our entire manufacturing process from product inception to distribution, we are able to control every step in the process. We own all of our own factories and make all of our packaging in house to ensure minimal carbon footprint. Every piece of award-winning Hestan cookware is proudly stamped “Made in Italy.”
