In April of 2020, we sought to redefine the cookware shopping experience with the launch of our exclusive “Cookware Concierge” service. Customers have enjoyed the highly personalized, expert advice via video, phone or email. We’re thrilled to continue building our “Cookware Concierge” service with the recent addition of Michael Kane.
Michael is one of the premier housewares experts in the country. Most recently, he was the top-performing sales associate at the Williams Sonoma store in Beverly Hills, California, where he advised customers on high-end kitchen products including Hestan. He attributes his success and passion to his background in art and design. Michael is certified in Communication Arts, with a keen eye for product design.

Michael joins the Hestan Culinary team as the new face of the “Cookware Concierge” service. Customers can schedule an appointment to speak with him directly for personal advice about everything Hestan Cookware and the innovative technology behind it. He’ll also appear in helpful videos online and respond to consumer reviews and questions via social media. Our customers can expect a new level of premium cookware service, available only at Hestan.
