"The set I purchased are all wonderful. They are beautiful and I love the construction and design. The handles on the ends make these much easier to remove from the oven. They are versatile with the sizes and rack. These replaced another brand of gold colored sheet pans that were probably bad for our health as that coating starts to peel away from the surface. The rack is just as sturdy and works great in our oven on the air fryer setting for just about everything. It cleans up easily keeping it looking like a work of art. "I am getting the hang of using stainless steel instead of non-stick pans for all of my cooking. I love this pan. It is sturdy and can handle high heat. I can cook 3 pounds of ground beef or sausage at a time which helps with my batch cooking. I will be looking to add a skillet soon! It has been easy to clean though is staining a bit. I think this will last a decade or more!"
