          "This small saucier performs exactly how I expected it to perform when I made the decision to spend the extra money and get the copper bond version of this pot. It will not look brand new after first use and the exterior shows every speck of dust, splatter, finger prints. If you can get past that, which I can, then you will absolutely love the capability this pot provides. Instantaneous response to changes in burner heat level give you temp control response unlike anything else out there. All my other pots and skillets are nanobond for but the saucier the copper bond will be the way to go. The only other pot I will be adding to my kitchen is the rondeau and it will be from the copper bond line as well because the amount of control the copper bond provides to the cook is just unbelievable. Most people will be fine with the stainless saucier but I splurged for the copper and am so glad that I did."
