Favorite spatula
"If you get one utensil from Hestan, let it be this. I have the entire utensil set, but this is the #1 thing I use. It’s lightweight yet incredibly sturdy, and the thinner spatula portion with blunt edge and the gaps makes it so perfect for flipping roasted veggies and scraping anything that is slightly sticking to the pan (I don’t eat meat or fish). The weight of the handle is also perfectly well-balanced (it does not fall if I place it precariously somewhere) and the size does not feel bulky for my normal-sized female hands. Like my other Hestan products, it looks as perfect as the day I got it despite regular use, and I clean it in the dishwasher. The thinner design also works very well for small-to-medium sized pancakes / bread items (like crumpets) or vegetable patties cooked in a skillet pan as long as you’re realistic (if something is floppy or structurally unstable it can’t be significantly larger than the spatula, but anything that is crisped enough for its base to hold its shape will be fine if it’s bigger than the spatula)."
