"The Double Burner Griddle is beautiful and spacious. I ordered it for a friend who has an Induction Cook Top and it didn't work with his cook top because the bottom isn't flat and the steel doesn't make solid contact to work with induction. My friend returned it to me, and I look forward to trying it out on my gas range."

"I selected Google Pay as my payment method, and the order was processed immediately using my default delivery address instead of the address where the product was supposed to be delivered. I understand that selecting the wrong address was my mistake. However, I tried to resolve the issue immediately after placing the order. I attempted to cancel the order, request a return, change the delivery address, and I also contacted customer support through email. Unfortunately, none of these attempts were successful, and to this day I have still been unable to resolve the problem. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in finding a solution, whether that is updating the delivery, canceling the order, or arranging an appropriate alternative."
