Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a OvenBond Half Sheet Baking Pan with parchment paper.
In a Provisions Mixing Bowl, whisk together the flour and set it aside.
Using a mixer, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs, vanilla extract, and almond extract to the butter mixture. Mix until well combined.
Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thickness. Use cookie cutters to cut out desired shapes and place them onto the prepared OvenBond Half Sheet Baking Pan.
Bake the cookies for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are slightly golden.
Allow the cookies to cool completely on a OvenBond Rack before frosting.

In a Provisions Mixing Bowl, combine the powdered sugar and meringue powder.
Gradually add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, while mixing until you achieve a smooth and thick consistency.
Divide the frosting into separate bowls if using multiple colors. Add food coloring to achieve desired hues.
Use a piping bag or a small spatula to decorate the cooled cookies with the frosting. Allow the frosting to set before serving.
